Dolly Mphahlele

Dolly Mphahlele is a Head of Business Intelligence and data Warehousing at FirstRand Bank. She is an MBA graduate from University of Pretoria(Gibs Business school).She has vast amount of experience In Data and Analytics. Dolly has worked in retail and investment banking industry for over 17 years and also worked for IBM where she gained consulting experience. Working in different companies has helped Dolly to better navigate change and fit in different cultures. Her interests lies in Data and Analytics, Business intelligence, Artificial intelligence ,Machine learning, Data scientist ,Big data ,Data engineering ,Platform technologies, strategy ,digital transformation ,digital technologies and their evolution, she therefore make it her mandate to understand how they can be utilized and integrated in business processes for increased efficiencies and value creation.
