Dylan Pillay

Dylan Pillay, who is the Head of Enablement for Group Operations at African bank, has more than 15 of years of experience in technology, payments, product and innovation. Having started off his career with software development at financial institutions, thereafter, moved into enablement and product leadership roles on various payments initiatives. Having a hybrid skillset of both technical and business aspects, he was able to spearhead many projects within the banking space which include VAS, Payments, Innovation, Data and Automation. Dylan is very much a people’s person and enjoys working in a collaborative and agile manner. He currently holds an economics degree and an MBA from Wits University.
