Pawel Wodz is a finance and banking professional, business leader and C-suite executive with 15 years of first-hand work experience in development finance and impact investment in developing countries, mainly Africa. He started his career in world leading, reputable Strategy Consulting companies in Europe before dedicating himself to the area of financial inclusion. Before joining AB MFB Nigeria in 2014, he had worked in three other African countries in the East and the West Africa. Efficient in upscaling organizations, leading large, international teams and experienced in spearheading digital transformation.
