Mpho Sadiki

Mpho is a highly regarded payments executive with over 15 years of payments innovation experience and has held executive roles across wholesale and retail payments products and solutions, such as Real Time Payments, Open Banking, Retail and Commercial Card Issuing, Card and Payments Acceptance, amongst others. In his role as the Chief Product Officer at BankservAfrica, and a member of the Executive Team, Mpho leads the organisation’s payments product teams and is responsible for the strategy& execution of all product related activities. Previously, Mpho was the organisation’s Head of Real Time Payments and lead executive for the market development and launch of PayShap.

Mpho has served in several leading executive capacities at Nedbank Card Payments and Transactional Business as Head of Card and Payments Acceptance, Operations and Client Management. Prior to joining Nedbank, he spent five years at Deloitte as a Strategy consultant. Mpho holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wits Business School. He is also a graduate of ‘Transition to General Management (EDP)’ at INSEAD and Digital Innovation programme (EDP) at Duke University.
