I am currently the Head of Retail & SME Banking in Zenith Bank (Ghana) Ltd. I work with my team to increase the Individual, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) customer base, develop and introduce new products, increase risk assets and customer liabilities of the bank. Introduction of new partnerships with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to ensure greater financial inclusion and innovation is a particular passion that I have cultivated throughout the years.
I am a change maker with a proven track record of excellence evidenced through product development and innovation, business development skills, training, facilitation and presentation skills. I am a leader who attaches a lot of importance to mentorship and people development to ensure continuity and excellence in a professional and personal capacity I have horned my leadership, marketing and business development skills through my product development and ensuring that key performance indicator targets are met. The strong desire for improvement and customer centric solutions has birthed a strong interest in the development of digital tools and solutions needed to deliver real change and solutions to tasks.
I have developed expertise in designing financial products and customer solutions included but not limited to youth, gender finance and women led and owned businesses. Some of these solutions focus on wellness, capacity development, financial support and business tools and skills.
In Zenith Bank I have served as the Head of international Remittances, Head of Third-Party Relationship Management, Head Client Services and Head Customer Service to mention a few.
During my time as head of customer service, Bank was adjudged first and Second runner up in the banking awards for Ghana in 2006 and 2007 respectively. I was awarded the best Customer Service Head for the Head Office in 2007. Bank of Ghana Auditors in the same year highly commended my customer service skills to the Management of the Bank in their audit report.
I am currently a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA), a doctoral student at the NIBS University. I have an MSc in Development Finance and Degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) Option all from the University of Ghana Legon.
I currently serve in a non-executive capacity as a Director for Entrepreneurial Development of Future Generations International (FUGI) and a Director of The Immunisation Sustainability Fund. I am married with three children and love to read and bake in my spare time.
