The company is managed by 5 Executive Directors and 3 Non-Executive Directors with diverse background and competencies across banking, finance, audit, consulting and software development. The company has a workforce of over 175 staff including over 140 software engineers. We have successfully implemented over 200 technology solutions for various enterprises engaged in Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Insurance and Manufacturing across: Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Cote D’Ivorie, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Senegal, Rwanda, Congo, Zambia and more in progress across the African region. FinTrak Software Limited has recently bagged the international certifications ISO 20000:2018, which is a certification for information technology ( IT) service provider’s requirements to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, and improve the management system. FinTrak also bagged ISO 27001:2013, which is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification. The scope of these certifications encompasses essential aspects of software development, implementation, project delivery, and support. Additionally, it includes various service domains such as Information Technology, Customer Experience, Quality Assurance, Legal, Business Development, Finance, and Human Resources. This alignment follows the guidelines laid out in the Statement of Applicability (SoA).
