Eric Appiah

Mr. Eric Appiah is the Board Chairman of ATWIMA RURAL BANK Plc. Atwima Rural Bank is a financial institution that has established its presence in the Ashanti Region and is regulated by the ARB Apex Bank.

Mr. Appiah had previously held executive roles within the banking and manufacturing sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of banking operations and financial management.

By Mr. Appiah’s leadership, Atwima Rural Bank Plc has achieved significant milestones and garnered recognition for its exemplary performance and commitment to excellence. His strategic vision and effective governance have played a pivotal role in guiding the bank through periods of growth and transformation, while maintaining a steadfast focus on delivering value to customers and shareholders
His visionary leadership has not only propelled Atwima Rural Bank PLC to new heights of success but has also inspired and empowered individuals within the organization to strive for excellence and make a positive difference in the world.

A Chartered Accountant by profession and banker by training, Mr. Appiah’s career which spans over two decades has been marked with remarkable success. Mr. Appiah is an experienced leader with a record of accomplishments in producing, presenting, and managing the execution of innovative financial corporate and business solutions. He has also established himself as a seasoned Banker with a proven track record of success in the field of Corporate and Business Banking and Financial Management.

Mr. Appiah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He holds bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute Credit Management (Ghana).
Mr. Appiah is currently the Director of Finance of the Angel Group of Companies, a manufacturing conglomerate. He is a Board Member of New Generation Investment Services Ltd. He also serves as the Audit Committee Member of Sekyere East District Assembly.
He has attended several management courses in Ghana and Abroad.
