Amr Abdelhamid

Amr Abdelhamid is armed with 10 years of expertise in the fields of banking, consumer finance and microfinance. He has experience in banking operations, digital transformation, business process re-engineering, product designs, business analysis, policies and procedures. He is currently Process Excellence & PMO Director at Erada Microfinance, where he is responsible for automate all (as-is) processes & develop should be processes and manage the technical/strategic projects.

Previously, he served as Business Excellence Manager at Sky Finance, and Business Process Manager at Tamweely Microfinance, Prior to this, he was Business Process Lead and Acting as Head of Department at Souhoola, CI Capital’s consumer finance arm. Senior Business Analyst at SAIB Bank, Trade Finance Executive at Qatar National Bank and, Credit Risk Management at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. Mr. Amr holds a master’s degree in International Business & Relations from ESEI International Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
