Dedrey Mutimutema

Dedrey is an accomplished Executive with two decades of experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Banking at CBZ Bank, Dedrey demonstrates exceptional leadership in overseeing key banking operations. She has held significant roles, including Executive Head of Marketing, PR, and Communication at Nedbank Zimbabwe, as well as positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Century Bank, and Kingdom. Dedrey holds a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). She also possesses valuable certifications in banking and leadership. Recognized as one of Zimbabwe’s top 50 most influential women, Dedrey has also been honored as one of the ‘Top 40 Most Influential Leaders Under 40’, along with receiving various accolades throughout her career.
