Gilles Réant

Gilles Réant is Business Innovation Director, in charge of designing new innovative payment products and services. With more than 17 years of experience in electronic payment and a particular passion for Fintechs, he currently oversees the identification of new growth levers for HPS. He led their R&D team for 7 years and created with them a dozen innovative projects in mobile financial services and Open Banking, meeting various needs in terms of financial solutions, such as mobile banking, mobile payment, money transfer and mobile point of sales. Gilles was also Chief Product Officer of a French payment establishment intended for marketplaces as well as actors in the participatory economy. Before joining HPS in 2009, Gilles co-invented a barcode authentication solution. He holds an engineering degree from the Polytech’ Nice-Sophia school.
