Hennie Ferreira

Hennie Ferreira is the CEO and Director of MicroFinance South Africa (MFSA) since 2003. He is the Vice Chairperson of the Payment System Stakeholder Forum for Early Debit Orders and is a Member on various professional bodies including: Expert group of the review of the National Payment Systems Act, National Payment System Strategy Body (NPSSB) (South African Reserve Bank), National Credit Industry Steering Committee (NISC), Credit Industry Forum (CIF/NCR), Steerco for Authenticated Collections PASA, and the Manco South African Credit Risk and Reporting Association. He holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Stellenbosch, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, Boulder Programme in Microfinance from Colorado – USA, Programme in Strategic Leadership for Microfinance from Harvard Business School.
