Jacqueline Dufie Mpare

Jacqueline is a seasoned business development professional with a career spanning over 16 years in innovation and digital transformation with a focus on client experience and scalable digital solutions. She is currently head of Agency Banking for Ecobank Group leading the development of Agent Network across the bank’s subsidiaries in 33 African countries.

She holds an MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Manchester Business School, UK, and a BSc in Human Resource Management from the Central University College, Ghana. Jacqueline also holds a certificate in Executive Education, Artificial Intelligence Strategies for Leading Business Transformation from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management. She is an Ashesi University Mentor and an Advisory Board Member of Innovation for Empowerment and Development (IFED) Global. Jacqueline is a founding member and Non-Executive Director of Financial Inclusion Forum Africa, contributing to regulatory policy formulation aimed at deepening Inclusive Finance and Financial Literacy.
