John Njoroge

John Njoroge is Network International’s Country Manager for Kenya. Before joining Network, John was working for I&M Bank in Kenya as Head of Card Centre and Alternate Banking Channels, a position he held for over 11 years. Prior to I&M Bank, John was the Head of Transaction Banking at Ecobank Kenya and Cluster Head for Cross Border Transfers (Eastern and Southern Africa) at Ecobank. He was also instrumental in launching Card Programs at CFC Bank, currently Stanbic Bank Kenya, where he served as Regional Manager and at NCBA (Formerly Commercial Bank of Africa) where he served as Head of Card Services.

John, whose banking career spans for nearly 25 years, is a 1994 graduate of Economics from Egerton University. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Kenya Credit & Debit Card Association (KCDCA), and he is the current (outgoing) Chairman of (KCDCA).
