Kwasi Akyeampong

Okyere Kwasi Akyeampong is the Chief Transformation Officer at Fidelity Bank Ghana, where he leads a multi-faceted, cross-functional team tasked with driving transformation across the Bank to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. Before joining Fidelity Bank, Kwasi held global leadership roles across several world-class banks in Europe. He served as the Head of Technology Strategy for Fixed Income and Wealth Management at Credit Suisse in London. While at Credit Suisse, he also chaired the UK Financial Inclusion Advocates, strengthening financial inclusion partnerships and impact investing efforts across the firm. Additionally, he worked at Morgan Stanley as the Global Head of Commodities Trading and Sales Technology.

Kwasi earned a first-class degree in Computer Science from Salford University in England and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. He is also a proud alumnus of Prempeh College in Ghana. In his free time, Kwasi plays golf and regularly participates in half marathons to raise money for worthy causes.
