Sameh Montasser

Sameh Montasser has more than 40 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology, Business Outsourcing Services, and Management Consultancy. Sameh Montasser is currently MIDBank CEO Consultant for Digital Transformation and Restructuring, responsible for setting the bank Digital Transformation Strategy and following up its implementation, in addition to the bank restructuring. Montasser is the Chairman of MID Takseet, a subsidiary of MIDBank addressing the consumer finance market. Sameh Montasser is also the Vice Chairman of BDO Esnad a leading Business Process Outsourcing Service Provider.

Previously Montasser was the Advisor to the Minister of Finance for Information Technology, responsible for setting the Strategic IT plans of the Ministry and related entities. Prior to that Montasser has served several leadership positions in IBM and Raya Holding. Montasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and an MBA from the same university.
