Sarah Harrach

Sarah Harrach is a senior Business Innovation consultant at HPS, where she leads the Data program, leveraging AI to identify innovation opportunities, and the Innovation program, which includes entrepreneurship and open innovation initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration within the payments ecosystem.

Sarah is a member of the 2024 cohort of the Rise Up program at Money 20/20, an initiative aimed at empowering leaders to drive meaningful change in the financial industry while supporting women empowerment. This aligns closely with her dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration within the payments ecosystem.

She holds multiple master’s degrees, including an MBA from CentraleSupélec in Leadership & Innovation, and began her career at Jumia in 2017 as Head of Operational Excellence, overseeing strategies and performance across 11 African countries. Her experience at RATP Dev, where she launched and led their first Innovation Lab, and at Société Générale, where she contributed to innovation initiatives across Africa, strengthened her expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer-centric strategies, and ecosystem collaboration.

With 8 years of experience in digital innovation, data strategy, and project management, Sarah is committed to designing solutions that prioritize simplicity, security, and seamless experiences, making her a key contributor to the future of payments.
