Sarah Harrach

Sarah Harrach is a senior Business Innovation consultant at HPS, with a strong track record in business innovation and data strategy, where she pilots the Data & AI program and leads the Open Innovation initiative.
Sarah holds several master’s degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from Centrale Supelec, specializing in Leadership & Innovation. She began her career at Jumia in 2017 as Head of Operational Excellence, overseeing strategies and performance across 11 African countries.

Sarah then moved to RATP Dev, where she successfully launched and led their first Innovation Lab for three years, focusing on passenger experience and data. In 2021, Sarah joined Societe Generale as a consultant, leading innovation initiatives across Africa. With over 7 years of experience in strategic consulting and project management, Sarah brings a profound understanding of data’s value and AI’s transformative potential in driving organizational success.

Sarah made history as the first Moroccan woman selected for the Rise’Up program at Money 20/20, underscoring her commitment to breaking barriers and fostering inclusive environments.
