Tolulope Omoleye-Osindero

Tolulope Omoleye-Osindero leads the Legal & Compliance team of Branch Nigeria. She has over 12 years of experience as a legal personnel in the financial industry leading multi-million debt finance whilst working with lenders/borrowers in the financial, entertainment, technology, and FMCG sectors. Tolulope’s work experience spans across Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. She is most passionate about raising awareness for non-technical women in tech and diversity/inclusion. At Branch, she is responsible for expansion into new markets and strategic acquisitions.

She also leads the advisory, risk, and compliance teams across products and operations in all Branch markets. She contributes to the financial space with articles discussing topics around Banking, Technology, and Fintech. Tolulope is on the governing council of Fintech Association of Nigeria as the Secretary and Head of Accelerate Committee.
